If you haven’t tried it already, Nasi Campur is a delicious dish found here in Indonesia. The Nasi Campur dish is filled with colours and flavours as it features an array of different tasty delicacies from the archipelago. While this newsletter post is not exactly this dish itself, it about food and eating food together as CAMPUR community.
At the lunch tables in the Heart of School, more often than not, we see Indonesian people sit with their fellow Indonesian friends and International people sitting with their fellow International friends. This is likely just a symptom of birds of a feather flocking together, but we think that is a healthy thing to ruffles those feathers now and then. We want to invite you – parents, teachers, staff, and students – to come and sit at the Campur Table with the Kul Kul Connection team. The aim of this table is to bring people together and to encourage greater use of Bahasa Indonesia and Bahasa Bali among our International folks.
The Kul Kul Connection has reserved a lovely low-lying table in the Heart of School to be the CAMPUR TABLE. Look out for the sign. Come sit, learn, laugh and connect with us.
