Mon – Ken – Fu Nugget by Indri

Things you need:

  1. Salmon
  2. Chicken meat
  3. Tofu
  4. Crispy flour
  5. Salt

Step by step instructions:

  1. Chop the salmon and chicken meat
  2. Combine the salmon and chicken meat with the other ingredients
  3. Mix them with your hands
  4. Make the mixture into shape that you like
  5. Fried the mixture that already have shape
  6. Drain the nugget
  7. The Mon – Ken – Fu nugget is ready

Vegetarian Spaghetti by Saci

Things you need:

  1. 100gr spaghetti
  2. 100gr paneer
  3. 2 tomatoes
  4. 2 red chili
  5. 1/2 tbsp of salt
  6. 1 tsp of sugar
  7. 1 tsp of black pepper
  8. 1 tbsp of oregano leaves
  9. 2 tbsp of olive oil
  10. 3 tbsp of oil

Step by step instructions:

  1. Chop the paneer then fry
  2. Boil the spaghetti 10 until 15 minutes
  3. Blend the tomatoes and chili with the blender
  4. Saute the tomatoes and chili that already blended
  5. Add black pepper, salt, sugar, olive oil, oregano, and the paneer
  6. Drain the spaghetti
  7. After that, add the spaghetti to the saute ingredients then stir it
  8. Put the spaghetti on the plate, vegetarian spaghetti can we eat now :)

The Eel by Gita

Things you need:

  1. 1/2kg eel
  2. 1/2 a grain of coconut
  3. 3 cloves of garlic
  4. 3 kencur
  5. 3 chili
  6. Salt
  7. Right amount of cooking oil

Step by step instructions:

  1. Kill the eel by sprinkling it with salt
  2. After the eel is really dead, prepare the skillet. Heat the cooking oil, after the heat fried half-baked eel. After it is desired
  3. Then clean the eel that has been fried earlier
  4. Half grain coconut, and then cuttings. After that pour the oil into the pan to taste, after the heat input spice that has been in earlier.
  5. After the smell of fragrant, input eel that has been chopped. Stir and add salt to taste and little flavoring. After a bit dry, input the grated coconut, then continue stirring, until grated coconut turn brownish color. After the smell of fragrant, check whether it is cooked
